With just slightly more than a week remaining until the Pointwise User Group Meeting 2013 you can guess that our excitement level is rising. We’re all hard at work, trying to make this year’s meeting not just the best ever but valuable for everyone who attends.

The Pointwise User Group Meeting 2011 was not only our biggest and best ever but inaugurated the Meshy Award.
In the wake of SolidWorks World, Monica Schnitger wrote something very apropos titled The Power of Community in which she made it very clear: “Communities are a valuable way of connecting, helping, and sharing.”
Her comments apply not just to SolidWorks World, but to any user-oriented event in your chosen field. She makes it very simple: “Do it. Even if you’re not a joiner, go. Even if you don’t think you have anything to offer (you’re dead wrong, you do), go. Even if you didn’t organize it, go. Trust me. It’s very rarely not worth the effort and often you get out far more than you put in.”
Thanks, Monica. I couldn’t have said it better myself.
I know we’re looking forward to seeing everyone: our customers, our partners, and our friends. Plus I bet we can still find a place for you if you register this week. Hope to see you in Fort Worth.
